Overview

Conservative.Careers ("we," "us," or "our") operates the job board at conservative.careers. We take your privacy seriously and collect only the minimum information necessary to run the service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Information We Collect

Job seekers: We do not require you to create an account. Browsing and applying to jobs is completely anonymous. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address only.

Employers posting jobs: When you post a job, we collect your company name, job details, and the email address you provide for billing and listing management. Payment is processed securely by Stripe — we never store your credit card information.

Automatically collected data: Like most websites, our hosting provider may log standard server data such as IP addresses and browser types for security and performance purposes. We do not use this data to identify individual users.

How We Use Your Information

• To send you your listing management link and renewal reminders (employers)
• To send you our weekly job digest, if you subscribed (newsletter subscribers)
• To process payments via Stripe (employers)
• To operate and improve the job board

Email Communications

Newsletter subscribers receive a weekly digest of new conservative job postings. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. Employers receive transactional emails related to their listing (confirmation, renewal reminders). These are necessary to operate the service and cannot be opted out of while your listing is active.

Third-Party Services

We use the following trusted third-party services to operate Conservative.Careers:

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
• Supabase — database and file storage, hosted in the United States.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Vercel — website hosting and infrastructure.

Data Retention

Newsletter email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe. Employer information is retained for the duration of the listing subscription and for a reasonable period afterward for billing records. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.

Cookies

Conservative.Careers uses only essential cookies required for the site to function (such as session state). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Children's Privacy

This service is intended for adults seeking employment. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 years of age.
