Young Leaders Program Manager

The Heritage Foundation is seeking a Young Leaders Program Manager to lead our flagship youth engagement programs, connecting the next generation of conservatives with the ideas and networks they need to succeed.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow Heritage's Young Leaders Program, including events, mentorship, and alumni engagement

- Coordinate with policy teams to develop educational content for program participants

- Build relationships with conservative student organizations, campus leaders, and young professionals

- Track program outcomes and report to senior leadership

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree required

- 3+ years of program management, event coordination, or nonprofit experience

- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

- Passion for developing the next generation of conservative leaders
