Regional Grassroots Engagement Director

Americans for Prosperity is seeking a Regional Grassroots Engagement Director to lead our field operations across Oklahoma and Texas (Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio regions), driving citizen engagement on free-market policy issues.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of field staff and volunteers across the region

- Develop and execute grassroots engagement plans for key policy campaigns

- Build relationships with local elected officials, business leaders, and community organizations

- Track and report on field metrics and program outcomes to state leadership

Qualifications:

- 3–5 years of field organizing, political, or advocacy experience

- Proven ability to recruit, train, and manage staff and volunteers

- Strong knowledge of Texas and Oklahoma political and policy landscape preferred

- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
